Darlene Richards has been involved with real estate sales for over 30 years. She and her husband were the first to own a franchise office in Oskaloosa. She has had several years of million dollar or more sales and has been president of the Oskaloosa Board of Realtors for two terms
. 
 Darlene has two adult sons. She is a member of the Nazarene Church where she attends worship services and Sunday school. 

Her hobby is painting and she has taught art classes in several locations. She has painted and sold numerous art projects and plans to pursue this further in the future.
