Dave Polkowske has been a resident of Oskaloosa for the last 35 years. For the past twelve he has been a licensed Realtor and is Broker and Co-owner of Gatton Realty. He is currently president of the Oskaloosa Board of Realtors and has been a multi-million dollar producer since 2000. Dave’s goal is to provide service that will result in a smooth real estate transaction.

Dave is a member of the American Legion where he serves on the Honor Guard and is an officer. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus and other community organizations.

He became a Vietnam veteran while serving in the Marine Corps. Dave is married to Carol who is employed at Allied Gas and Chemical in Oskaloosa. When leisure time is available he enjoys fishing and golf.
